Accessibility
Our aim is to provide access to high quality entertainment for everyone and we have many access options available, detailed below.
For queries regarding specific requirements please contact our Box Office, open 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, who will be happy to come back to your queries within a few days.
If you wish to visit our Box Office in person, it is currently situated by the theatre's entrance, which is accessible by wheelchair.
Concessionary Tickets
We offer a £5 discount to customers with a disability, with an Essential Companion ticket offered free of charge on most productions. Essential Companion tickets are offered for someone accompanying an adult patron who might not otherwise be able to attend the performance. These tickets are not available for those accompanying children with a disability, under the age of 16, as our policy is that all children must be under the constant supervision of a parent, guardian, or another responsible adult aged 18 or over*. The Access concession price is still available to children with a disability, for selected performances.
*We will, however, provide an Essential Companion ticket to all wheelchair users under the age of 16, and any children in possession of an access card with a +1 symbol or medical letter clearly stating that they require a carer.
To apply for the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre’s Access Scheme and be eligible for the concessions we offer, we ask that you please fill out our Access Form.
Once our Box Office team have received and processed your Access Form, they will be in contact with you, to confirm everything has been recorded on your Box Office account. Please note that it may take up to 2 working days for this process to be completed. If you are unable to fill out the online form, please fill out this Word version instead, below, and return to: Access Form, Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Millbrook, Guildford, GU1 3UX
