Sleeping Beauty

Imperial Classical Ballet® Presents

Sleeping Beauty

Featuring a live orchestra

After last year’s remarkable success, Imperial Classical Ballet® proudly returns to Guildford to present their dazzling production of Sleeping Beauty.

Every child’s favourite story, Sleeping Beauty is a magical tale of love, innocence, mystery, and enchantment. Set to Tchaikovsky’s breathtaking score, this masterpiece of classical ballet brings to life the battle between good and evil in a world of fantasy and wonder.

This stunning production features exquisite choreography, sumptuous costumes, and enchanting sets, creating an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages.

Based on Charles Perrault’s beloved fairy tale, Sleeping Beauty follows the journey of Princess Aurora, cursed at her christening by the evil Carabosse to prick her finger on a spindle and die. The Lilac Fairy’s timely intervention alters her fate—she will sleep for a hundred years instead of perishing.

This radiant production of Sleeping Beauty shimmers like a dream, leaving audiences feeling refreshed, inspired, and utterly captivated. It’s a perfect experience for everyone, from seasoned ballet enthusiasts to the youngest newcomers.
